Dear Reader,
In the last weeks before the publication of the new and last H2020 Work Programmes, our project managers have travelled to several universities and research organisations to ensure they are ready for submitting competitive proposals. If we have not visited your organisation yet, you will be able to find practical tips, templates and strategies on our blog, starting with an article on how to plan publications in a Horizon 2020 collaborative proposal and one on how to involve entities from outside the European Union.
All calls for proposal for 2018-2020 are now out on the Participant Portal; if you missed Commissioner Moedas's press conference, please find the key highlights here and stay tuned on our blog for more upcoming analyses.
Our next training course on Proposal Development is already fully booked, but registrations are already open for 2018 season: mark the dates and secure your seat to hone your skills related to call analysis, consortium management, strategies for dissemination and uptake of results, budget planning, and to meet potential new partners from across Europe.

EPO’s SME Case Studies
|
SMEs from different countries, operating in different industries and technology sectors, were interviewed about their IP strategies and underlying business models. The resulting case studies illustrate how new and established SMEs have developed the IP management capabilities they need, and how they are using IP to their advantage.

Planning publications in a Horizon 2020 proposal
|
Valentina Zuri
|
While it can be pretty hard to estimate in advance exactly the types of results you are going to achieve, adding a realistic plan for publications to your section 2.2 can give a great added value to your proposal, especially if you’re submitting a Research and Innovation Action.
