Moreover, a new concept of the "Seal of Excellence" for outstanding projects is aimed at attracting diversified alternative funding sources.

A €500 million loan from the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) will help the Finnish multinational Nokia in accelerating their R&D on 5G technology. Nokia’s proposition aims at covering all needs of a telecom operator in order to be able to provide fixed-mobile communication services in the 5G era.
