After the first 4 years of Horizon Europe, impact still seems to be the most challenging part of the proposal. Simultaneously, the evaluators are getting even more strict when it comes to what constitutes a good impact section. 

One thing is for sure – there is no successful impact section without the correct KPIs. How do we find the numbers that are ambitious enough to convince the evaluators, yet realistic enough to be in line with our consortium capacities and activities we plan to implement?
