The project’s general objective is to directly support SME participation in FP6 by means of new, innovative and highly cost-efficient supporting tools. The project will target SMEs from all ACCs focusing on all sectors; although IT, biotechnology, energy and environmental sectors may be preferentially treated together with SMEs lead by women managers. In order to promote their participation in FP6, innovative e-consultancy services will be established that will directly assist SMEs in FP6 project development and proposal writing (i.e. financial, project management, legal and IPR issues).
