How? Draft great proposals under the Cluster 5 open calls.
On 3rd February the European Commission is holding an Info Day to present the upcoming calls, with a focus on the following destinations:

Destination 2: Cross-sectoral solutions for the climate transition.
All deadlines are due on 10 February.

Destination 3: Sustainable, secure and competitive energy supply.
You still have some time to apply, deadlines are on 26 April. And you can already peek at the October and January 2023 calls.

Destination 4: Efficient, sustainable and inclusive energy use
Under Destination 4, all calls are forthcoming. You can prepare yourself for an intense Summer period though, since deadlines are either in early September, or late January 2023.

Destination 5: Clean and competitive solutions for all transport modes
There are a few here and are all due on 26 April. By this point, you are likely to already have a consortium and a strong idea that Info Day can polish a little!

Destination 6: Safe Resilient Transport and Smart Mobility services for passengers and goods
Just like Destination 4 calls, get ready for an intense Summer period if you would like to apply to these calls since they are due on 6 September.
