Job Overview: 

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and optimising our social media advertising campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand message reaches the right audiences and drives engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. 

Please note that freelancers are preferred due to the limited number of hours required: 15h-20h month on average with certain flexibility. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement, manage, and optimise paid social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn. 

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies. 

  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to drive innovation. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 

  • Proven experience (2 years) in planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns. 

  • Ideally proficient in using social media ad platforms (e.g., META Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), but intermediate level is also enough.  

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Excellent written communication skills. 

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and understanding of visual aesthetics. 

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to optimise ad performance. 

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 

Nice to Have:  

  • Certifications in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads) are a plus.
