It is not that easy to cope with the overall management of your running project. There are issues you do not find the answers to, you are unsure about others, and there are simply too many IFs. The day-to-day administration, financial issues, and legal obligations towards the European Commission may be confusing. Especially when you have H2020, and Horizon Europe financed projects running in parallel.

Depending on when you would like our support, we can either be there for you throughout the running of the project, or we can support you during specific crucial times such as reporting periods.   

If you are the coordinator, we can help you respond to your Grant Agreement obligations by ensuring you keep the project on track. Consortium management, budget reallocation, monitoring systems or project meetings, etc., are only some of your contractual obligations towards the European Commission.

We can support in any legal, administrative, financial, or communication issue with a certain number of days availability /year. 

Ad-hoc or time-bound 

We can support you when you need it – e.g., in each reporting period (as an example, you book our expert 2 times for 3 months support in your 3-year project in advance).  

We can help in all managerial duties of the coordinating organisation. We can revise partners’ individual financial reports and ensure there are no discrepancies or mistakes. This type of service may require only a few hours – just to clear your doubts.  

Please note that we will not develop the content of your deliverables or reports.
