You would think that after this intensive season full of training courses, proposal writing and project management, summer enters with lazy days for project managers at Europa Media, and that the EM team will be somewhere at the seaside or the Hungarian Balaton Lake, enjoying the sun, fresh air and not thinking about current and future projects. Well, we take holidays less seriously this year.
While we will take turns in our summer trips to get some inspiration and relax a little, our creative minds will be contemplating ideas on how to bring the world of EU funding closer to you in the most interesting and comprehensive ways. In fact, we are already actively engaged in developing new e-learning courses and a brand-new grants portal, which are to be launched in autumn!
Our focus will be on “third countries” this time. We are continuously helping stakeholders from all over the world, but we think we could do more. Brand new, intensive e-learning courses will be launched for those who cannot attend our courses in Brussels, Vienna or Budapest.
EU research and innovation funding landscape is a complex area, requiring continuous explanations and updates on the new concepts, new programmes, modified financial rules, eligibility criteria as well as management and implementation rules. That is why, even though we have plenty of learning material on the topic, we are developing a new course structure and content, carefully considering the latest EU funding rules and regulations. In addition, we have already applied to several calls under the Horizon2020 programme and we are eager to share our experience in terms of proposal writing with you!
Many applicants are about to receive feedback from the Commission on their applications (hopefully, positive ones) and we will help them to be ready to manage their projects efficiently through our upcoming e-learning course on project management. All you need to know about launching a project, progress monitoring, technical and financial reporting as well as legal nuances will be included in the course in a well-thought-out pattern.
Are you from Malaysia, Kenya or Australia? Is Europe too far for you to attend a course? Help us with your ideas during the summer and we will consider each and every comment when developing our e-learning courses, tailored for third country participants.
