Horizon 2020 webinar: The coordinator's FAQ

Are you considering coordinating a Horizon 2020 project proposal?

Are you already a coordinator and would like to improve your coordination skills?

Ask us anything related to project coordination tasks, problems, hick-ups, etc. Our EU project managers, working on over 15 running H2020 projects - coordinating now three - will allocate 60 minutes to answer your questions, for free! We will start with three questions we find the most important to discuss.

The first three questions we will answer:

1. What tools and templates can you use as a coordinator in your H2020 project? We will discuss online tools and will show several excel and word templates (downloadable).

2. How to put together a sound budget? Do you provide all your partners with the budget estimation and that’s it? All financial mistakes start at the budget development phase, so we will allocate 5 minutes to the main things you should pay attention to or avoid as a coordinator.

3. What is the job of the coordinator? Protect the project? Protect the partners? Protect own interests? We will share our view and experiences and you can disagree

Registration is open! Please be aware that the number of questions and participants is limited, so register early to avoid disappointment. The webinar will be recorded and if you show up, we will provide access to the questions and answers in written format.

Don’t forget to submit your question after registration!

Thanks to her direct involvement in developing and implementing projects under these programmes, she has gained an extensive knowledge of the EU funding system and has thus contributed to a variety of publications, articles and online platforms sharing practical information and know-how on EU funds and projects.

In addition to developing and managing EU-funded projects, she has been an evaluator of proposals under COSME and H2020 programmes, as well as an appraisal and monitoring agent for the European Economic Area and Norwegian Financial Mechanism Grants. She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics, having specialized in management consulting and European business.
