How to prepare the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement?

This short webinar will guide you through the essentials of the legal processes in Horizon Europe. We will deep dive into the preparation of the formal contract with the European Commission; the Grant Agreement (GA). All steps will be introduced from the Invitation letter till the signature of the GA including the GA Amendments.

• Our experts will introduce the DESCA 2.0 Model Consortium Agreement and its sections from project management perspective, all those sections that need to be considered the most during the implementation of your projects: such as financial clauses, budget distribution and management, dealing with defaulting parties, ownership of the results, access rights, IPR issues.
• We will also go through possible challenges that can occur in a project, and how this can be handled or even prevented by the Consortium Agreement.
• Finally, we will go through the new articles related to lump sum projects that have recently been included in the DESCA 2.0 model.
