Join us on 23 February for an open and interactive discussion on Horizon Europe: success rates, the features of winning proposals, common shortcomings leading to lower scores, and all the untold stories of Horizon Europe. 

This webinar will provide a common platform for exchanging experiences and lessons learned on Horizon Europe. It is designed as a collective knowledge-sharing space where participants can openly discuss successes, failures, frustrations, and insights. We will talk about our experiences from proposals and evaluation summary reports (ESRs), but will also open the floor to hear all the stories and feedback you have to share.  

We therefore welcome all those who submitted Horizon Europe proposals in the previous rounds of calls, as well as those who are totally new to the programme. 

 

This session will cover: 

• Horizon Europe statistics and success rates; 

• Trends across Cluster topics, including over- and under-subscribed calls; 

• Approaches to proposal writing: what worked well and what went wrong;

• Outlook to the 2026-2027 calls: what's new and what to expect; 

• Personal experiences of the participants for a truly collective experience;
