Work plan and resources, even though it’s the very last part of the proposal template, very often turns out to be the starting point for the proposal development. How many work packages and which ones, who will lead them and how many tasks are enough, what are their durations, how many deliverables should you have? So many questions, so little time when you’re on the clock developing a proposal from scratch. 

In this free webinar, we will go through some common mistakes and obstacles that occur when dealing with Section 3, analyse if there is an “ideal” timeline for section development in the proposal and go through comments from the evaluators on Work plan and resources. 

More often than not, we will have to prioritize in the proposal, whether it’s due to the page limit, time constraints or simply the capacities of the consortium. This webinar will focus on what to prioritize in the Section 3 without losing on the level of detail needed for a high score.
