Prepare for Horizon Europe

The best way to create a product, service or project is to ask yourself: what does my target audience need?

And if you are not sure you know (but even when you are 100% sure), the best practice is to ask.

We recently started conducting feedback interviews to learn more about your needs and to improve our existing services. I want to say a big THANK YOU to all the participants for their honest feedback. We will continue this practice also during the Autumn season.

Based on your feedback we have already implemented some changes regarding our services, and soon we will introduce website improvements.

What was very apparent in the feedback interviews is that every organisation has a different structure, different challenges, and different ways of approaching EU funded projects. Therefore, if you are interested in improving your organisation's overall performance, then our tailored services are your best option.

What is our tailored service?

The definition says it is a service tailored to each customer, based on their specific wants and needs.

For example, your organisation has a mix of inexperienced and experienced researchers. How would you explain Horizon Europe to someone who never worked on a collaborative project and to someone who has years of experience in H2020? They would need a different type of training course, and this is where tailored services come in handy. Our experts can help you pick the best course based on the level of knowledge or even make a tailored one for your organisation. After the course, we could organise a group Q&A session to ask all your burning questions. The best part is that this Q&A session can be weeks after the course to give you and your team time to process all the information and collect questions based on your daily challenges.

Another example, it is crucial for your organisation to win a specific proposal. Competition is huge, so how do you make sure your proposal will be the most successful one? We can help you with our pre-evaluation services. From our experience, we recommend a pre-evaluation consisting of 3 rounds. In the first round we would check the proposal concept and even recommend possible consortium partners. In the second round we would evaluate a more detailed version with a draft work plan, and, in the final round, we check the final draft. This is a more detailed approach, but you will be on the right track from the start.

These are just small examples of tailored services you can use. If you would like to learn more, please contact me on my email: aleksandra.zivanovic@europamedia.org or check my calendar to schedule a meeting.

At the first meeting, we will discuss your main challenges and try to develop the solution that best fits your organisation and your budget.

We are looking forward to meeting you and wishing you the best of luck in ongoing and future projects!
