On 1 April, the European Commission has released a new version of the Annotated Grant Agreement. Here are some highlights from Our CEO Gabor Kitley about the financial aspects:

Minor clarification on the personnel costs calculation protocols, focusing on working time after the end of the project, how to handle multiple/parallel contracts, and workable-day ceiling issues for “in-house consultants” and seconded employees.
Modifications to financial support to third parties (FSTP) costs, including an all-new guidance document linked.
Adding two more options to day-equivalent calculations (converting hours to days), addressing weekly or monthly seasonality of working time.
