Are 3 price offers for other goods and services necessary?

In case of an audit, the EC will check if the goods and services you purchased in your H2020 project (e.g. website, video, studies, etc.) were best value for money. For such purchases, you must follow your internal rules and procedures, but also ensure the best value for money rule, which can be usually met by having three different price offers.
