This live webinar is part of our European Funding Academy, discussing the processes and tools that should be in place to ease your project management journey while preparing your periodic, technical and financial report for the EC. 

This project management webinar shows practical tips and tools for setting up your project management and communication system. Let's discover together the preparation procedure of the Consortium Agreement, explore the effective dissemination and communication strategies, and most importantly, tackle together with the periodic reporting and technical reviews.  

Presentations will be completed by networking sessions, which will allow the participants to interact, get to know each other and share their experiences with one another.
