2.3 Impact Summary: Creating a clear impact picture

How to put the proposal puzzle pieces together to show a complete, clear picture to the evaluators

10 AM CEST (45+15 min)
€ 0.-

The 2.3 Summary section in your Horizon Europe proposal is also called Impact canvas, and it is a summary table for 2.1 Impact pathways and 2.2 Measures to maximise impact. This is a tool for the evaluators to oversee all key aspects of your impacts and how you will achieve them.

So, learn it how we did it – what was working and what was not? There are two main ways to formulate this part and give a summary on the impact pathways and your draft PEDR.

Gabriella will share examples, feedback from the evaluators and exercises that your consortium partners could repeat for the analysis of the different perspectives on impact.

Topics covered:

  • Key Impact pathways

  • Impact indicators

  • Key performance indicators

  • Dissemination, exploitation and communication

  • Outcomes or impact
