In Horizon Europe, keep in mind your impact when writing about dissemination and exploitation activities at proposal stage. Plus, you will not need to write a communication plan at proposal stage. However, you will have to submit a fully-fledged communication, dissemination and exploitation plan within the first 6 months of your project.

Are you allowed to make changes in what you already reported in a closed reporting period?

Yes, if you realize you made a mistake, or left out a specific cost or you wrongly calculated in a reporting period that has been closed and paid out, you can still adjust this report later; you can add or take out costs anytime while the project is still running.
